Chicago Youth Awakening
In fall 2015, we teamed up with Chicago Votes to offer a special series featuring organizers telling stories about their personal and professional lives studying, working, and living in Chicago. These young organizers share their perspectives on police accountability and community safety, Chicago Public Schools, Black Lives Matter, and why they've chosen to work toward getting young people registered to vote and involved in the political discourse.
